have AFUE ratings of 92% to 97%. This means that 92% to 97% of the gas you pay for is actually converted into useful heat for your home. In addition, our variable speed ECM Motor furnaces will also save on electricity bills. The whisper quiet operation is just an added benefit.

Here is a rough guide to size a tank less water heater for a home.
RC98 and RC80 – Tank less condensing units that can handle between 8 and 9.8 GPM. This output is suitable for most homes (up to 4000 sqf).
R75 –Universal tank less that is suitable for nearly all medium sized homes. Produces 7.5 GPM
R50 – Small tank less that is suitable for small homes and cottages. The unit produces 5.0 GPM.
